The creation of the William E. Connor II Foundation is a very personal and cherished dream in my life. As many of the people I work with know, giving back to the community has consistently been a core fundamental value of the company, William E. Connor & Associates, founded by my father in 1949. And, for me, as a young boy growing up in post-war Japan, it has been my lifelong desire to ensure that my good fortune continues to have a positive impact on future generations.
With my family's support, the William E. Connor II Foundation was established as a non-profit charitable organization, designated as a 501(c)(3), to carry out my philanthropic vision. This is an initiative that holds great personal significance for me. Under the leadership of my wife, Jacque, and with the active involvement of my family and trusted board members, I have complete confidence in the Foundation's ability to make a lasting impact in communities worldwide for generations to come.
